Description of Work

Upgrade of 130 year old reservoir scour system, which included the following works:

– Slip-lining of twin Ø1200mm RCP pipes with Ø1000mm P.E. lining
– Construction of new outfall structure
– Demolition of sections of old pipe line in tunnel and installation of new valve and pipe components
– New end of line valves in outfall structure
– New access shaft at end of tunnel
– Associated hydraulic, electric and telemetry systems
