Upgrading of the 120 year old heritage listed Carlton United Brewery Building

This scope of works included:-
–  Approvals and Constraints
–  Sustainability and Green Star Initiatives
–  Inspections
–  Building 30 – Demolition, excavation and substantial upgrade of the structure to accommodate 6 new cooling towers and an architectural enclosure.
–  Building 25 – Demolition of existing and construction of a new fire stair between buildings 22 and 26, with a new structural steel walkway to connect the new cooling tower enclosure to a fire egress.
