Description of Work
Christie Civil was the primary civil contractor for the public precinct works involved with the Darling Walk Development. The major aspects of the contract included:-
– All bulk and detailed earthworks
– Construction of underground stormwater detention tank to Greenstar Standards
– All concrete slabs throughout the exterior section of works
– All concrete works relating to the architecturally designed, urban children’s playground
– Construction of specialised and unique structures including the giant slide and interactive waterworks
– Construction of new slip lane, new intersection and associated traffic signals
