Description of Work
Christie Civil constructed six main elements of the IKEA project:-

– Bulk earthworks and site remediation of contaminated landfill
– Stormwater reticulation, and detention and treatment systems
– On-grade carpark of 60,000m² with all signage
– Landfill gas cut-off wall and venting systems
– Bellevue Street realignment and reconstruction
– Main site entry signalised intersection with the Princes Highway

The works were completed to strict deadlines for the store opening.
